Tom has worked in technical support for over 10 years, amalgamating a wide span of knowledge and skills in Microsoft, Citrix and Google software. Aside from support, Tom has spent the last 2 years working with esports teams across the world, building community engagement strategies, multiplying social media presence, and creating compelling content.
